Abstract

This study, titled “Meaning Interpretation in The News ticker, A Semantically and Pragmatically Study”, was
conducted according to the analysis task, and tries to analyze the news in terms of meaning, identifying both
the semantic meaning and the meaning of pragmatics. In order to know how the news is formulated in terms
of meaning, because the news team is not only bound to grammar, but also the composition of meaning in this
regard is very important, it must be designed in a special way, because it completely affects the psychological
aspects of the recipients and the direction of thinking and some other aspects. it directs their lives....
