This research is entitled (Theatre and Theatrical Poetry in Teaching). Shwan Ahmad's theatrical poems are taken as an example. It is an attempt to expose theater and theatrical poetry, we have tried to elaborate their effects in terms of education and teaching on children. Education and teaching are two major factors for social developing and by this way children are prepared into the life of community. Drama and children’s poetry are significant factors of education and teaching. It has an important element for the development of the personality of children and educating and widening of their thinking especially in kindergarten and basic school. educational mission would be improved and so teaching would be more activated because children from this stage will learn more by seeing and imitating, what they see is more attractive and they enjoy more and they get it soon and they imitate. Children in drama and theatrical poetry can enjoy them either participating or seeing and this makes an influential factor of teaching for sending message. This research shows the educational effect and teachings of theatrical poetry “Environment” and “Jungle Hero” of Shwan Ahmad with all the impacts on children. The research consists of an introduction and two sections.
