Abstract

One of the most important topics in the 20s of previous century, it was Mosel Wilaya case which was directly related to the Kurdish future in the South after world war 1 ended and Mosel wilaya was linked to Iraq without willing of Kurdish people.

In the same period , with appearance of Sheck Mahmood from 1919-1925 Sullaimania became the center of political attentions in the South. During that time many newspapers and journals issues in which some of them were the mouthpiece of Shekh Mahmood and some as a formal papers. In the Study, the focus is on the attitude and the political stance of the British Admin & New establish Iraqi Government.

The Aim of the study is shedding light on the Mosel case in the vision of the published papers of that time where both political stands are focused on.

The research method is Analyzing the political stances of both sides thru out analyzing the topics where published on the papers during the same period like ( Bank Kurdistan- Roj Kurdistan- Amed Istiqlal- Bank Haq-Zhianawa). At the same time we resorted to some other sources for more analysis.
