Cultural trauma is one of the most prominent forms of trauma, influencing the majority of societal issues and diverse fields of life. Within this context, literature in general, and poetry in particular, has not been immune to this impact. The identity crisis and fratricidal war "internal conflict" in the historical trajectory of the Kurdish nation are two primary factors in the creation of trauma. These elements are reflected both at the level of individual members of society and within the work of "Pashew", acting as a witness and a representative voice of the community. This research attempts to investigate the consequences of the identity crisis and fratricidal war within Pashew's texts, relying on Trauma Theory and the perspectives of "Cathy Caruth" as a leading theorist in the field of Traumatology. In the poems understudy, phenomena such as "social trauma orientation, recurrence and flashbacks, dreams and ethical calling, narration and the sharing of tragic stories, and the failure of language" are vividly observed. This clarifies that "Pashew’s poems" are a direct product of the Kurdish nation’s cultural trauma, and that the poet has successfully become the voice and representative of the psychological pains of his nation and society.
